The blades are really sharp! When shopping we had to cover them so the receiver didn’t get cut.I’ve tried the blade against homemade bread, tomatoes, potatoes, paper, cardboard, and everything else I could think of. These blades were a great decision. They are durable and did I mention sharp?!One of our customers gave feedback and said they were a hit in their sourdough community!
